PARAGUAY: Duarte: need to `overcome economicism'
Capitalism and economic plans based on neoliberalism have been effective in generating wealth and raising productivity, but have failed in the area of social equity. This came from President Nicanor Duarte, addressing the permanent council of the OAS last week.
